Peacock

The peacock is beauty complaining. He has the finest feathers and the ugliest voice, and cannot forgive the second. He asks Hera for the nightingale's song and is refused: each bird has its gift. His tail loses to the crane's wings when it comes to flying. He is splendor that cannot do.
