FableNº 113

The Eunuch and the Priest

A eunuch went to a priest and begged him to offer a sacrifice on his behalf, so that he might become a father. The priest said to him, "When I look at the sacrifice, I pray that you may become a father; but when I look at your person, you do not even appear to be a man."
