The Sow and the Bitch Disputing Fruitfulness

The sow and the bitch were disputing over their fruitfulness. The bitch claimed that, alone of all the four-footed creatures, she had quick deliveries. "When you say that," retorted the sow, "admit that you give birth only to blind pups."
