The Wolf and the Young Lamb in the Temple

A wolf was chasing a young lamb. The lamb took refuge in a temple. As the wolf called it to him and said that the priest would sacrifice it to the god if he found it there, the lamb replied, "Well, I would rather be a victim of the god than perish by you."
