Tortoise
The tortoise is slowness that arrives. She beats the sleeping hare by simply not stopping. Carried into the sky by the eagle at her own request, she learns the cost of wanting to fly. Her house is on her back: she is content almost everywhere. Almost — and that 'almost' is her whole story.
